Mole Valley Quilters are a group of people of all ages with a shared interest in patchwork and quilting. Members enjoy creating a variety of projects: small wall hangings embellished with thread and beads, bags, purses and cushion covers, often given as gifts, and king sized bed quilts patched from patterns or their own design, quilted either on a frame or by hand.  We are affiliated to the UK Quilters Guild and many of our members participate in regional quilting events.

Our monthly meetings take place on the first Thursday of each month at 7.15 for 7.30pm in the Harrison Room, Old Barn Hall, Church Road, Bookham, KT23 3PQ. The annual programme includes inspiring talks and workshops from expert quilters, workshops run by our talented members, and regular time for Showing & Telling about our work. Take a look at the Events Calendar on the Bookham Village website to find out more.

There are also regular house groups in member’s homes for shared or individual quilting projects. To find out more about these contact Wendy Taylerson

Come and take a look at our work in the Barn Hall on Bookham Village Day in June when we will decorate the stage with Mole Valley Quilters’ wonderful projects and raffle another lovely quilt to help to support the Barn Hall.
