Bookham's Christmas Late Night Shopping is nearly here!
Bookham’s annual festive celebration is fast approaching. Taking place on Thursday 6th December between 6 and 8 pm throughout the centre of the Village, participants include Claire’s Café, Ron Fowler fishmonger, Grove Pharmacy, Mr Jeffry Hair Fashions, Fine Fettle, Wellers Hedley Solicitors, Patrick Gardner Estate Agent, Wishing Well Cards, The Grange at No 5, David Fuller Menswear, Casselden’s Shoes, Head Office Hair, John Wadsworth Estate Agent and others…
Here’s a summary of what we can look forward to.
Mole Valley Silver Band will be playing festive tunes at the top of the High Street
The Rotary Club - meet Santa on his sleigh
Carol Singing, join our carol singers for some festive songs:
6.30 Top of the High Street with the Mole Valley Silver Band
6.45 Outside The Wishing Well
7.00 In Church Road, outside Carolina’s
‘All Aloud’ Choir will also be singing outside Post Office and top of High Street
In Bookham Baptist Church hall enjoy Christmas refreshments and browse craft and charity stalls. These Include Pewter gifts, handcrafted jewellery, scarves, handbags, cards, stationary, jams, chutneys, dried flowers, cake stands, decorations, eco products, fudge, home cooking, family history research, RNLI, Princess Alice, The Grange ,Meeting Place, Send a Cow, Transition Bookham.

In St Nicolas Church Christmas Tree Display, enjoy some peace and quiet, or sit and listen to the choir practice
In St Nicolas Pastoral Centre (Church Road, alley next to Carolina’s) Craft table for children to enjoy making, Refreshments , and Santa will be in his grotto to meet the children with a gift
In Bookham Library, 6 – 7.30pm Celebrating thirty years, learn about the history
6.30 – 7.00 St Teresa’s Prep School Choir
Activities, including children’s trail, lucky dip, craft, games, quiz, Christmas gifts, Rudolf and cake!
So wrap up warm, enjoy the various refreshments available, meet your friends and maybe get some Christmas shopping done at our fabulous local shops.
